• The cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file (if applicable) or must be paid before a new client appointment is scheduled.

• If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice (“no-show”), the $185.00 cancellation fee will apply.
• Rebooking may require payment of the cancellation fee in advance.

• Exceptions may apply in limited circumstances (for example, emergencies).
• Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of the owner.
