 Premier Choice Tax supports clients with payroll needs by referring them to Gusto, a trusted third-party payroll provider. This referral relationship allows us to connect clients with a modern, user-friendly payroll platform while our team stays focused on what we do best—tax strategy, compliance, and year-round advisory support.

We refer clients to Gusto when they need a reliable payroll system that helps streamline:

• Employee and contractor payroll processing  
• Payroll tax calculations and filings  
• Year-end payroll forms (like W-2s and 1099s)  
• Ongoing payroll compliance support and reporting

Gusto is a strong fit for many of our small business clients because it’s designed to be straightforward, efficient, and scalable as a business grows.

When a client is a good fit for Gusto, Premier Choice Tax will:

• Provide a referral link or introduction to get the client set up
• Coordinate as needed to ensure payroll setup aligns with the client’s tax structure and compliance requirements (especially for LLCs and S-Corps)
• Support the client on the tax/advisory side to ensure payroll decisions (like reasonable compensation and withholdings) match the overall tax plan

Gusto is a separate company from Premier Choice Tax. Payroll services are provided directly by Gusto under their own terms and service agreement. Premier Choice Tax does not control Gusto’s platform, pricing, or service delivery.

Depending on the specific referral arrangement, Premier Choice Tax may receive compensation (such as a referral fee or account credit) if a client signs up through our referral. We disclose this to clients as part of our commitment to transparency.
